On the nose it has subtle aromas of cherries, red apples, melon, some medicinal notes (quinine), under ripe banana skins and tropical fruits, plantains, baby turnips, and green vegetal notes with a touch of artichoke. A clear, beautiful straw yellow coloured wine with green nuances. An intense aroma on the nose, perfectly combining the fruity and floral notes, particularly apple and stoned fruit (apricot). Freshness on the palate typical of Albarino, with a touch of acidity perfectly balanced with the structure a Critics have scored this wine 88 points. Users have rated this wine 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Laxas Albariño 2018, was born from the hand of Wineries As LAXAS, which has a long and rich tradition that goes back to the year 1862, through successive generations that have carefully cared for this legacy, has been consolidated in time with the introduction of the most modern techniques of elaboration. As Laxas is broad on palate with hints of mango but has great focus and acidity to balance out the weight.
Nine months after -laid on rimes and with periodical shakes-, the “degorge” it's made and a special mix of sugar plus wine is added, with a fine sparkling wine as result, keeping the mainly organoleptics characteristics as the Albarino wine, with the sparkling life of the carbonic generated, as Dom Perignon did.
